WikiDoc depends upon the charitable contributions of our viewership. We do not accept monies from the pharmaceutical or device industries.
Where Does The Money Go?
At present, the money goes to support bandwidth of the site (the servers). There are no employee salaries at present. Efforts are purely voluntary.
Donate by Credit Card or PayPal
Your credit card donation will be processed by PayPal. The charge will appear as "WikiDoc Foundation" on your credit card statement. You will be able to print out a receipt of your donation for your records and tax returns.
Donate by Check
Please mail your check or money order to:
423 Brookline Avenue
Box # 309
Boston, MA 02215-5410
If your donation exceeds $250.00 US dollars and if you would like a receipt, please provide your address so that we may send confirmation of your donation.
Donate using an IRA
An IRA owner over 70 1/2 years of age can directly transfer tax free up to $100,000 per year to an eligible charitable organization. This is a new law and is a good way to donate to a good cause and avoid taxes on money the IRS would normally make you withdraw and pay taxes on. For more information, please see the following:
