A $15,000 grant from Maritz to Webster University’s Student Literacy Corps and the Math Tutoring Program will enable Webster students to serve as reading and math tutors at elementary and secondary schools and social service agencies across the region.

Psychology majors from Webster's campus in St. Louis spent a summer term at the Athens campus engaged in the “Global Health and Inequality” study abroad program. The students also took in several cultural and historical visits as part of this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
