 Usernames for administrator attention

Important! Please remember the following:

  1. This page is for usernames that are such blatant and serious problems that they need to be immediately blocked.
  2. Reports are assessed according to the username policy and the UAA instructions. Please read those pages first.
  3. Please discuss less-serious violations with the user so that they can rename or abandon their account in good faith.
  4. If, after discussion with a user, the problem still seems unresolved, a username request for comment may be in order.
  5. Please do not leave a username warning template on a user's talk page and then immediately report them here. Either discuss it with the user, or report it for admin action, but don't do both at the same time.
  6. Real names are permitted except when they imply that the editor is a specific living person they are not.
  7. Wait until the user edits. Do not report a user that hasn't edited unless they are clearly a vandal.
  8. Do not report a username unless it has been used in the last 2–3 weeks. Older accounts are likely abandoned and reports of such users will be summarily declined.
  9. Please remove any reports that have been declined (tagged with {{UAA|no}}, {{UAA|ch}}, {{UAA|ci}}, {{UAA|e}}, {{UAA|np}}, {{UAA|r}}, {{UAA|rc}}, {{UAA|rn}}, {{UAA|s}}, {{UAA|su}} or {{UAA|fp}}), and move waiting reports (those tagged with {{UAA|d}}, {{UAA|dc}}, {{UAA|m}} and {{UAA|w}}) to the holding pen. Obvious false positives reported by DeltaQuadBot and DatBot may be removed.

Not a blatant violation of the username policy. Does not imply shared use at all. ···日本穣 · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WP Japan! 20:13, 17 October 2018 (UTC)
The username might be an attempt to represent a company or organization, but nothing comes back in my search for this exact phrase and the username is too ambiguous for me to justify blocking it out-right and solely for the username chosen. The account has made some edits to their user page (now deleted; see deleted contribs) that I find common with disruptive editors and vandalism-only accounts, but the user hasn't caused enough disruption to justify blocking for this reason at this time. In the end, I agree with Nihonjoe's decline here. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 04:07, 18 October 2018 (UTC)
