Valerie Abou Chacra (Arabic: فاليري أبو شقرا‎) (born January 15, 1992) is a Lebanese actress, radio announcer, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Lebanon 2015.[citation needed] She participated in Miss World 2015 on December 19 in Sanya, China and ended as a third runner up being the first Lebanese to place in the top 4 of Miss World. She also topped Miss World leaderboard with 425 points, the highest score in the interview challenge.


Valerie studied at the Lebanese American University in Beirut, where she graduated in June 2015, in TV and Radio Studies.[citation needed]

Valerie has acted in many Lebanese series and Arabic publicities.[citation needed]

Miss Lebanon 2015

On October 12, 2015 Valerie was crowned Miss Lebanon 2015 at Casino du Liban. The pageant was televised on LBCI and LDC. As Miss Lebanon, Valerie competed at the Miss World 2015 pageant.[citation needed]

Miss World 2015

She was 3rd runner-up.[citation needed] Note that she was Global Beauties and Missosology's favorite for the crown, topping their prediction leaderboards for 3 consecutive weeks.[citation needed]

Later, Valerie was awarded the Most Beautiful Face in the World title, as well as the most beautiful candidate from the continent of Asia by Global Beauties magazine.[citation needed]

After Pageantry

Valerie Abou Chacra is participating in the fourth edition of Dancing with the Stars Middle East and reached the finale. Her dance partner is Assadour Euredjian.[citation needed] She made it to the finals and got 3rd place .[citation needed]

She Is Still Pursuing Humanitarian Work through her NGO “Just Care” And attending social events and gala dinners.[citation needed]

She Is Appointed as the host of “Project Runway Middle East” Season 2 which will begin airing in 2018.[citation needed]

Also she will be the main actress in the upcoming Arab series “Al Hayba 2”.[citation needed]
