The LRT-1 plan calls for the most part elevated extension of approximately 11.7 km. The extension will have 8 passenger stations with an option for 2 future stations (Manuyo Uno and Talaba), all intended to be constructed above-ground. The station would be built in Don Galo, Parañaque at the intersection of Coastal Road with Pacific Avenue which leads to the Asia World complex.[1] It is also planned to serve as a connection to the intermodal Parañaque Integrated Transport Terminal.[2][3][4]

When completed, the station will serve Don Galo, Parañaque and the Asiaworld development including its Marina Bay villages. It will also be near Camp Claudio of the Philippine Navy, Kiu Pat Hong Shiao Taoist Temple, and the Don Galo Fishport.
