Payment options - Venice Kayak

Payment options

Venice Kayak accepts payments online by credit card or by bank transfer, and on-site by credit card or cash (within the limits of Italian law).

Venice Kayak requests the payment of a deposit to accept bookings, which must be paid online. The balance can be paid online or on the day of the tour.

Online payments with credit card

You can pay Venice Kayak online with most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Online payments are handled by Nexi/Cartasì

All you need is your booking number.

The booking number is the number from the subject of the emails you’ve received from Venice Kayak. It is the NNN part of “[Venice Kayak #NNN]“. That will allow us to find the booking quickly.

Enter your booking number here to initiate the payment procedure:

Payment by SEPA bank transfer

Venice Kayak accepts payment by direct bank transfer, through your home banking or in your bank.

Payments from within the Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA) will normally reach us within one or two banking days.

Please do not pay us by bank transfer from outside the SEPA countries (which cover most of Europe) as the fees can be very high.

Payments in Venice

The balance can be paid on the day of the tour, by credit card or in cash.

Credit card payments are through a standard point-of-sale card terminal like in any other show. Accepted cards include: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, JCB and PagoBancomat.

Cash payments must be in Euro. We do not accept any foreign currencies, nor checks, travellers checks or any other kind of payment.

Italian law only allows cash payments up to €1000, so any larger amount must be paid by credit card, or online in advance.
