Azerbaijani professor Elchin Khalilov invented a special seismically stable unit and a sticky substance.

According to the professor, the new invention has already been tested. The seismic unit and the sticky substance are tested on the 12-meter two-room flat, built by metal technology.

The seismic units, built by the help of the elastic sticky substance during the artificial 8-magnitude earthquake, lasting for 30 minutes, did not suffer. In continuation of th test, some things were placed in 12-meter rooms, covered with a concrete and artificial earthquake was arranged there with participation of a human being. In the result the room did not suffer.

Elchin Khalilov called this invention "A dancing building". "This technology creates an opportunity to built 2-storied buildings on the basis of earthquake resistant units. Their peculiarity is that the units has an elastic connection, there is no cement between them.

The buildings are not damaged during strong underground shocks, they can change only form, which is why the buildings are called 'dancing', the scientist added.
