Email Response Limitations. The email address for the Society will be monitored by a student employee on University business days only. The Society will make a good faith effort to respond to email messages sent to its email address within 2–4 University business days, and asks members for their patience and understanding.
We recommend that you leave us voicemail only if you don't have an email address. Members should provide their email address. Callers should (a) speak slowly, (b) leave a call back number, (c) indicate their location (or time zone offset with respect to GMT), and (d) if an email address is available, clearly spell out the email address as an alternative contact method.

Voicemail Response Limitations. The voicemail system for the Society will be monitored by a student employee on University business days only. The Society will make a good faith effort to respond to messages left on its voicemail system within 3–5 University business days, and asks members for their patience and understanding. The Society cannot be responsible when crucial information (such as a call back number) left on our voicemail system is garbled, when no messaging system (voicemail, answering machine, etc.) is available at the call back number, etc.
Please send us ordinary mail for matters which do not require a reply, or for matters which aren't urgent. Please include an email address, if reply by email is an option, since reply by email will save energy, paper, and other resources.
